Summary:
Youth with emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD) face significant challenges completing high school, enrolling in post secondary education, and maintaining employment as they transition into adulthood. This article describes the development and implementation of a program that utilized school-based, work-based, and individualized supports to greatly improve educational and vocational outcomes for high school students labeled EBD.
