Donna is a 26-year veteran public school teacher in both Special Education and regular education classrooms. She is certified in Massachusetts in Elementary Education and Young Child with Special Needs. A summa cum laude graduate of Westfield State College (MA), Donna is trained as a Responsive Classroom Teacher and as a Teacher Mentor. She currently serves in an administrative capacity as the School/Community Coordinator at the John C. Crosby Elementary School in Pittsfield, MA. Donna recently completed a Principal’s licensure program with the Pittsfield Public Schools.

Donna brings a breadth of skills and working knowledge to EEP in Positive Behavior Support Systems, behavior management, brain-based learning/teaching and has presented workshops in Berkshire County (MA) in those areas. She has been designated to serve as an internal coach in Positive Behavior Support Systems for the Pittsfield school system.
